How Booking Works

1. Check our calendar to see available dates for your event.
2. Complete the booking form with your event details, including location and time.
3. Submit your booking request and non -refundable deposit.
4. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a rental agreement and help collect signed liability waivers.
5. We will arrange delivery and setup and removal.
   

Cancellation and weather policy

• Cancellations within 3 days of event may result in full rental fee being charged.
• If rental needs to be postponed due to heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat/cold, or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule.
• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date within the current operating season.

Important Information

• Adult supervision is required while children are playing.
  
• Each participant must have a signed waiver.
• A suitable setup area is required for the play structure: at least 13' height clearance, somewhat flat, space around the trailer (see image below).
